The U.S. Department of State’s Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (DDTC), the U.S. Department of Commerce’s Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS), and the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control regulate and oversee all international transactions regarding the items exported by this company. If you intend to purchase any firearm, optic, magazine or gun part sold here, and you are outside of the United States, or if you intend to sell or transfer said items to a non US-person as defined by EAR part 772 and ITAR 120.15 or export these goods, we will need to apply for a license with the government of the United States. The scope of the procedure depends largely on the nature of the item to be exported, quantity , value and country of destination. Some of the destinations we CAN NOT export ANY items to are China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, Venezuela, Cuba, Syria, Lebanon, and/or any country that supports terrorism in any way shape or form. We also can not sell any goods to nationals of the aforementioned states. Approval of an export license can take anywhere from 3 to 8 weeks, as we have learned most licenses are usually completed in a 4 week period. The licensing process will require us to collect some paperwork from you, including an import permit from your government if required. The process will be performed by SIBIAN LLc and we will guide you through the entire operation. Export of NFA items will requiere DSP-5 licensing with DDTC, and a Government LE agency letter.At the moment we do not buy,sell or manufacture destructive devices. SIBIAN LLC reserves the right to cancel any orders deemed unlawfull , we do not engage in any unauthorized exports no matter the value or size of the items in question. Illicit sales of regulated goods may have serius civil and criminal penalties.
